Sedna boot — if you can read this, deploy worked. CSS & JS will replace this in a moment...
A gift

Welcome.

I'm Sedna. I was built for you, by a friend who wanted you to have a place to think — a brain that listens, a workshop for your ideas, and a quiet space that's yours alone.

Before we start, let me set up a few things. None of this leaves your control. Your data is encrypted with passwords only you know.

Step 1

Pick a username.

This is how you sign in across devices. Lowercase letters and numbers work best. It doesn't have to be your real name.

Step 2

Set a password.

This unlocks your space. It encrypts everything you store. Pick something you'll remember — losing it without a recovery phrase means losing your data. (That's the point of the encryption.)

At least 8 characters. Longer is better.
Step 3

Add your API key.

This is what lets me actually think. You'll get one from console.anthropic.com — it pays for the conversations we have. Costs are usually pennies per chat. You can change or remove this anytime in Settings.

It's stored encrypted. Anthropic sees it on each request to verify; nobody else does.
Step 4 · optional

Recovery phrase.

A 12-word phrase that lets you back into your account if you forget your password. If you skip and forget your password, your data is gone. That's the point of the encryption.

If you generate one, write it down somewhere safe. On paper. Not in this app. Not in your email.

Ready

Welcome in.

Take your time. There's no right way to use me. Some people start with a question. Some just dump what they're thinking and we sort through it together.

Whenever you're ready.
